• Attaching - Step 1

  Drop the nob down the back of your boardies, with the other hand, pull rashie down over the nob.

• Attaching - Step 2

  Loop, grab the nob through your rashie and shorts, place loop around it.

• Attaching - Step 3

  Lock shirt and shorts together by pulling on long cord to slide lock against the nob, then screw lock tight.

• Removing - Step 1

  Release the loop by unscrewing the lock and pulling on the short cord.

• Removing - Step 2

  Remove the loop from over the shorts and shirt.

• If cord pulls through lock - Step 1

  Separate lock into 2 parts

• If cord pulls through lock - Step 2

  Push cord through male part of lock using a twisting action

• If cord pulls through lock - Step 3

  Grab cord and pull through then re-screw lock together using a twisting action
